This page explains the choices you have over how Chairisma uses your personal information, and how to exercise them. It applies to residents of the United States, Canada and Australia, and sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes in full what we collect and why. Do we sell or share your information?

We do not sell your personal information for money. Like most online stores, we use cookies and similar tools from advertising and analytics partners — for example, to measure our ads and show you relevant products. Under several US state privacy laws, this kind of data sharing for targeted advertising is treated as a “sale” or “share” even though no money changes hands. You can opt out of it at any time using the options below.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Opt out of targeted advertising

You have three ways to opt out, and you can use any of them:

• Cookie settings. Use the cookie banner or the “Manage cookie preferences” link on our site to turn off advertising and analytics cookies.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of “sale”/“share” for that browser automatically — you don’t need to do anything else.
• Email us. Write to info@getchairisma.com with “Do not sell or share” and the email address you use with us.

Limit the use of sensitive information

We do not use sensitive personal information (as defined by California law) to infer characteristics about you, and we do not sell or share it. If that ever changes, we will offer a way to limit it here.

Your other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you can also ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold and how we use it (access / right to know);
• give you a copy in a portable format;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer need to keep;
• opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, or any “sale” or “share”;
• withdraw consent you gave earlier, including to marketing email.

By region

United States

If you are a US resident, you may exercise the rights above regardless of your state, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so — you will get the same prices and the same service. Where your state gives you a right to appeal a decision we make on a request, you can appeal by replying to our response or emailing info@getchairisma.com. California residents may also designate an authorised agent to make a request on their behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorisation and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Canada

If you are in Canada, you can withdraw your consent to our use of your information — subject to legal or contractual limits — and ask to access or correct it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or your provincial regulator (for example, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information).

Australia

If you are in Australia, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, and opt out of direct marketing at any time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Marketing email

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops marketing messages right away. We will still send you service messages about an order you have placed — order confirmations, shipping updates and the like.

How we handle your request

We may need to verify your identity before we act — usually by confirming details of a recent order — so that we do not disclose your information to the wrong person. We aim to respond within 30 days (or up to 45 days where a US state law allows an extension, and we will tell you if we need it). You can make a request yourself or through an authorised agent. We will not charge you for a reasonable request or treat you differently for making one.

Changes

If we change our data practices or the choices we offer, we will update this page and note the date at the top. The version that applies is the one published when you contact us.
