Email is how we handle everything — orders, sizing, returns, damaged parcels. One inbox, answered by a person, within one business day.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET (US Eastern Time). Messages that arrive at the weekend are answered on Monday.
What to include
About an order
Your order number (it starts with #) and the email you used. That is usually all we need to find it.
Damaged or wrong item
A photo, and a photo of the outer packaging if that is damaged too. Within 14 days of delivery.
Sizing
The width and height of your chair back, and whether it has arms. We'll tell you whether our covers fit, including when the honest answer is that they don't.
A return
Order number and which set is coming back. We'll confirm the address before you post anything.

This is a registered office address, not a shop — there is nothing to visit and no counter to return goods to. Returns go to the address we give you by email, which may differ depending on where your order was dispatched from.
